"Dale gave an excellent performance at the Franklin Public Library for a toddler to preschool audience. He was professional and the children participated by singing and dancing. His program provides a valuable opportunity for music education to very young children through singing and movement."
– Lisa Taranto, Asst. Children’s Librarian, Franklin Public Library (Read other reviews here.)
About Me!
I’ve been playing guitar for thirty-four years, and performing music professionally for twenty-nine of those years. In 2003, I released my first CD "Just Say Hello!" debuting into the world of children's music. “Let’s Go!” was my second CD, released in 2006. Both CDs are now available from CDBaby.com., at my shows, and more recently – downloadable at iTunes.
From classical to rock, from country and folk to jazz, my own music for young children has been influenced by the many wonderful performers for the younger generation – Hap Palmer, Raffi, Tom Chapin, Laurie Berkner, and the Wiggles.
About
My
Music
Children have a natural curiosity about the world surrounding them and a tendency to want to move within it. In my music, I've tried to encourage all of this, while providing a great beat and different musical styles to go along with their exploration. At my shows, children have fun singing along, as well as moving and dancing to my music. All the instruments in the pre-recorded backgrounds are played by me – keyboards, drums, and other guitars, aside from some help from my several musical friends. The 45-minute sets are entertaining, encouraging, and plain fun for all who attend at libraries, daycare centers, and schools.
